If you had a personal account on our old website it should have been transferred to the new site – you will just need to create a new password when you next log in.

If you previously used an account in the name of your training centre, this will no longer exist and you either need to use your existing personal account or create one if you don’t already have one.

The most important thing to know before you register your next certificate is that the training centre account previously used for doing this will no longer exist. The certificate registration process is essentially the same as before, just streamlined a little. We have also introduced the facility for you to notify us of certificates that haven’t been registered but which are no longer in your stock for whatever reason.

The TSS now lives in the ‘Club and Centre Support’ section, alongside where some of you may also access the Club Zone. The content hasn’t changed – only where you find it.

For Training Centres offering ePacks, the code redemption process has changed and has been incorporated into the main shop. Students should now visit www.rya.org.uk/shop, locate their eBook, and add their redemption code at checkout which will give them 100% discount on that eBook. Visit www.rya.org.uk/go/redeem for more information.
The redemption process has also changed for RTCs who hold any remaining temporary COVID ePack codes. You will now need to redeem them on behalf of your students. Find out more here.
The process for your SRC customers to buy their exam application form is the same as before and can be accessed in one click via the Exam Payments link at the foot of the home page.
