The exhibitor manual, (sent from Maelstrom Event Solutions) contains contractor contacts and order forms, health and safety forms, build up and breakdown times and lots of other helpful information and contacts. Please make sure you submit your Health & Safety Declaration ASAP. If you have any queries about the exhibitor manual, please contact Maelstrom.
Exhibitor wristbands will not be posted out for the 2025 show. Please collect your allocation from the Organisers Office when you arrive at Farnborough International. If you have volunteers working on your stand, it is your responsibility to distribute your wristbands. You will find your allocated number of wristbands in the Exhibitor Manual. There is the option to order more wristbands within the Exhibitor Manual (£9.50 per pass). If you are unable to collect your wristbands on Thursday or Friday, they will be available at the exhibitor ticket desk in the entrance foyer on Saturday morning.
Exhibitors will have access to set up on Thursday (12:00-18:00) and Friday (08:00-21:00). All stands need to be complete by 09:00 on Saturday morning. Please bring your high vis vests.
Important: To ensure the safety of all our visitors and exhibitors, it is essential that the breakdown of stands does not start until all the visitors have left the hall on Sunday. There will be an announcement over the PA system when breakdown can commence. Please take care when manoeuvring boats and masts around the hall and outside in the service areas.
Once again, we will not be carpeting the hall aisles at the show. We continue to try to reduce our environmental impact and the money saved has enabled us to give RYA members free entry to the show. Find out more about how we are working to reduce the environmental impact of our events and how you can exhibit more sustainably.
The Concours d’Elegance, or boat of the show, will be judged by Mark Jardine from YachtsandYachting.com and will be announced on the winners stand at 14:00 on Sunday. In the past the competition has recognised a diverse range of boats, from classics with impeccable varnish finishes, to the latest in high-tech sailing. Find out more about the 2024 winner.
Under the terms of the contract with Farnborough International Exhibition Centre all exhibitors are required to have public liability insurance in the sum of not less than £5 million for each and every claim, however £10 million is recommended for the duration of the show's tenancy at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre, including the build-up and break down phases.
RYA members and children aged 15 and under go free!
